In addition to a Ph.D. in legal science, Ms. Nuth
holds Masters of Laws in Corporate and Commercial Law (Australia) and in
Information and Communication Technology Law (Norway).
Her
main areas of competence involve assistance on international contract law and
advising on all aspects of financial law and information technology law. She
will be in charge of corporate, investment, information technology,
international trade, capital market, banking and finance.
A
member of Peradi (the Indonesian Bar Association)
since 1999, Ms. Nuth has been associated with the Norwegian Research Centre for
Computers & Law since 2002 where she holds positions as lecturer and
research fellow. She advises Norwegian governmental and non-governmental
institutions as to matters that specifically require her expertise in the areas
of electronic commerce law and electronic contracting.
